Product Description
One integrated flex ribbon in this part carries the dual front camera, the infrared flood illuminator and the dot projector flex used by Face ID on the iPhone XS. It is for an iPhone XS with a faulty or damaged front camera or Face ID sensor assembly, and it also handles proximity sensing.
Replacing it can bring back a clear selfie camera and Face ID recognition when installed correctly. Face ID may not work if the Face ID module is damaged, so this is a careful repair to attempt, and one for repair shops or experienced DIY users.
