Phone parts are delicate. We recommend fitting by a qualified repair technician.

Test the part before final installation, before any adhesive or seal is applied. Parts with adhesive applied can’t be returned for change of mind.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the condition and packaging they were supplied in, with proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For faulty or incorrectly described items, we cover return postage in full. Approved refunds go to the payment method you used within 10 business days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Product Description

✦ For Huawei P30 Pro Charging Port Flex Cable

This is a replacement charging port flex cable for the Huawei P30 Pro. It replaces the internal flex that connects the USB socket to the P30 Pro's main board, and is intended for a phone that won't charge, only charges at certain angles, or has developed a loose connection at the port.

Opening the rear housing on a P30 Pro is an internal repair, so it's worth weighing that up against professional fitting before starting. Once the new flex is fitted, test charging and a data cable with the back cover still off, before sealing the P30 Pro shut again.

Compatibility

  • Huawei P30 Pro

Signs Your Charging Port Needs Replacing

  • The phone only charges when the cable is held at an angle, or charging keeps starting and stopping.
  • The cable feels loose or falls out of the socket.
  • The phone is no longer recognised by a computer, or data transfer drops out.
  • Charging has slowed down even with a known good cable and plug.
  • A moisture or connector warning appears when the charger is plugged in.
  • Before replacing, gently clear lint from the socket with a non-metal tool and try another cable — this sometimes solves the problem.

How to Check Your Model Number

On most Android phones go to Settings › About phone to see the exact model name and model number. Match it to the model shown on this page before ordering.

⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Purchase
  • Professional fitting is recommended; charging port flex cables are thin and tear easily.
  • Charging ports are model-specific — check that your device matches the model shown above before ordering.
  • Please test charging and data transfer before any final installation or applying adhesive.
  • Before replacing, clear lint from the socket with a non-metal tool and try a different cable and plug.
  • If you are unsure which part you need, contact us with your model number before ordering.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected for faulty or not-as-described items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which phone does this charging port flex cable fit?

This flex cable is for the Huawei P30 Pro.

How do I check my phone is a P30 Pro before ordering?

On the Huawei P30 Pro, go to Settings > About phone to see the exact model name, and compare it with the listing above before ordering.

Should I test charging before fully resealing the phone?

Yes — after fitting the new flex cable on your P30 Pro, test charging and a data connection while the case is still open, before sealing it shut.

Is professional fitting recommended for this repair?

Yes — replacing the charging port flex cable on a P30 Pro means opening the case and disconnecting the battery, so professional fitting is recommended unless you're experienced with this kind of internal phone repair.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders paid before 4:00PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from our Manchester warehouse. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

How much is UK delivery?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on UK orders of £5 or more (£2.49 below that). Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is available at checkout, and you can also collect from our shop at 33 Moulton St, Manchester M8 8FQ.

Can I return it if it is not right?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in the condition it was supplied in. Please contact us before sending anything back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
