Product Description
This proximity and ambient light sensor flex is a replacement for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. These sensors normally switch the screen off against your face during a call and adjust brightness to the room, so a damaged flex is worth checking when the S8 behaves oddly in either area.
The sensor flex is inside the phone, so the S8 or S8 Plus has to be opened, and the thin flex handled carefully. Clean the sensor window and check the screen protector first, since a covered sensor can cause similar symptoms on an S8.
