This is a replacement charging port dock connector flex cable for the Xiaomi Poco F3, supplied with the microphone built into the same flex.
On the Poco F3, charging and call audio can fail together because both run through this one flex. If your Poco F3 won't charge reliably, only charges at certain cable angles, or sounds muted to the person you're calling, this flex replaces the connector and microphone together.
