Product Description
If your Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N960F) will not recognise a SIM that works in other phones, the SIM card reader inside may have worn contacts or damage. This is the replacement reader for the Note 9, sold as an internal component.
It is not a five-minute job: the Note 9 needs its back glass warmed and lifted, and the battery disconnected, before the reader can be reached. Clear any dust from the tray slot beforehand so you know the fault is not simple dirt. Repairers should keep track of screw positions when working on the Note 9, since the reader area sits close to other small parts.
