Product Description
Auto-brightness that no longer reacts, or a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 that keeps the display awake when you hold it to your ear on a call, often traces back to the proximity / ambient light sensor flex. This is the replacement for the Note 9.
The flex sits inside the phone and is thin, so it can tear if pulled. Remove any screen protector that blocks the sensor first, then open the Note 9 only if the fault remains. The Note 9 sensors sit close to the front glass and earpiece area, so keep the flex clean and avoid touching contacts with bare fingers.
